Return and Refund Policy
You can return the item you purchased within 30 days from when the order arrived to you to get a full refund or exchange. If you wish to return, please contact us at team@akramnyc.com with your order number. If your return is eligible for a refund, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items must be returned unused and unworn in the same condition that they were received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, you will receive your refund receipt via email. The full refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
